Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is considered fraud and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Attempts to exploit bonuses through hedge betting or unfair methods will result in cancellation of those bonuses.
Before processing a withdrawal, netplay requires full identity verification (KYC). This process protects your account security and ensures compliance with current financial regulations.
Any attempt to manipulate games, use unauthorised third-party software, or collude with other players to cheat will result in immediate action, including permanent account closure.

Each user may register and maintain only one account on the netplay platform. Owning or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of reason or circumstance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities that occur under your account. Netplay recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login details with anyone.
Netplay reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict an account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected, with or without prior notice depending on the level of security risk involved.
Netplay supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets, and bank cards. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.
Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within a short time. For withdrawals, the following process applies:

The netplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or downtime.

In any event, Netplay's maximum total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being made.
You may close your Netplay account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, and any eligible balance withdrawals will be processed in the usual manner.
Netplay reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
If an account is closed due to a violation, netplay reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that breach these terms. Real money balances will be returned subject to the successful completion of an investigation.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to netplay's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed arbitration rules.
Netplay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
